It's good to know that with us you have the same guarantees as in a physical store. It is in our interest to resolve all complaints as quickly as possible, the legal deadline being 30 working days.
Any complaint regarding the purchased products, the attitude of our staff or problems arising due to the transport, can be made to the e-mail address contact@sophielashes.ro together with the evidence supporting your claims (photos, video recordings, etc.).
Complaints made without evidence are not taken into account.
We also do not assume responsibility for the use of our products by UNQUALIFIED personnel.
