RETURN POLICY

In the case of the return procedure, you can choose to replace the product or refund the amount.
NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN FOR SHIPPING CHARGES.
Returns are not accepted for products that have exceeded the 30-day period since purchase, as well as products that are unsealed and used, if they do not have a quality defect and are not expired.

We assume no responsibility for the use of the products by unauthorized persons.

For the return, please attach the products and their invoice to the package.
Seal and secure the product(s) in a cardboard box so that they are not damaged during the route, otherwise the return will not be able to be processed.
Please fill in the return form correctly and legibly. If there are undecipherable passages, you will be contacted by phone.
If you opt for the refund of the amount related to the product/products, this will be done within 10 working days to the account written in the return form, from the moment the product is returned (the moment we receive the physical product in the warehouse),
